It is a 4 BR, 2 BA, sleeps 10-12 with a long enclosed porch (not heated) on 3 sides of house with wonderful water views, off street parking (4 CARS max). Bay Avenue is a quiet street that is perfect for walkers, cyclists and joggers. The Cottage is a short bike ride from the quaint, historic town of Lewes with several gourmet restaurants, museums, historic homes, tax free shopping and a picturesque view of the canal with a marina, fishing boats and sightseeing boats. Nearby is the ocean at Cape Henlopen State Park, tax free outlet shopping and the boardwalk in Rehoboth.
The Cottage is available for the winner one of the following dates:
February 12th to 15th, 2026 or
November 5th to Nov 8th, 2026.
